TANK TRUCKS
PRODUCTS
Tanker trucks can be built for the transportation of liquid or dry-bulk cargo. Construction involves not only the container (tank) but also the complete equipment required (i.e. pumping system, pipe lines, etc.). CONTRUCK MECHANICA is specialized in water and sewage tank-trucks with the following technical specifications, which can also be modified in order to satisfy even the most demanding customer.
-
Water tanks:
Tank sizes: From 500 lt up to 30.000 lt depending on the GVW.
Section shapes: Circular, elliptical, double-D shape.
Tank material: Galvanized St 37.2 steel or AISI 304L/316L stainless steel.
Buffers: Depending on the size of the tank, adequate number of interior buffers are used to prevent load movement and vehicle destabilization during transportation.
Welding: Steel sheets are welded internally and externally to ensure sealing.
Internal protection: Welds of galvanized sheets are locally protected against corrosion by special paint. In case of 304 stainless steel, Mg – anodizing is used to prevent electrolysis around weldments.
Mounting: Robust full length sub-frame bolted on both tank and chassis.

Sewage tanks:
Tank sizes: From 500 lt up to 30.000 lt depending on the GVW.
Section shapes: Circular
Tank material: Grade A steel or AISI 304 stainless steel.
Buffers: Depending on the size of the tank, adequate number of interior buffers are used to prevent load movement and vehicle destabilization during transportation.
Welding: Steel sheets are welded internally and externally to ensure sealing.
Internal protection: Special internal painting (minimum thickness 800 μm) can be applied upon request for maximum protection against abrasive corrosion and rusting.
Mounting: Robust full length sub-frame bolted on both tank and chassis.
